Hummus

240 g edamame, peeled
1 lime *-*
5 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
5 tbsp water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 bunch coriander
1 garlic clove
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp chilli flakes

Hummus

In a blender, puree the edamame with all the other ingredients up to and including the garlic, season. Plate up the hummus.

Good to know
Tip: Garnish the hummus with coriander, jalapeños and lime wedges, as desired.
Serve with: Flatbread.
