Nothing offers a fresher or more energetic start to a summer's day than a smoothie bowl. Unlike some of the more traditional recipes, this one is made with fruit and vegetables. But don't panic, the courgette is only there for nutritional content. It's the beautiful Swiss strawberries and raspberries that will capture your taste buds.

Puree the bananas, courgette, berries and yoghurt in a blender. Pour the smoothie into bowls.

Scatter the berries and muesli on top.
Tip: | Freeze the banana slices in batches the night before. If you're in a hurry, freeze the banana slices for approx. 2 hrs. |
