Make your own Parmesan? Yes, it's possible. This is my fast 5-ingredient recipe for tangy vegan Parmesan. The basic ingredient you need are cashew nuts. The Parmesan takes its “cheesy” flavour from the yeast flakes. The classic recipe goes very well with spaghetti Napoli and can be supplemented and enhanced with herbs of your choice. For a fiery variant, I add in chilli flakes.

How it's done
Grind/purée nuts and all ingredients in the food processor.
