Chocolate almonds

1 egg white, beaten
3 tbsp chocolate powder
2 tbsp sugar
300 g shelled almonds
1 tsp pink peppercorns, coarsely crushed
1 tsp sea salt

How it's done

Chocolate almonds

Combine the egg white, cocoa powder and sugar. Add the almonds, mix, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with pepper and Fleur de Sel.

To bake

Approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove, leave to cool, break into pieces.

Storage: Store in a well sealed jar or container.
