Rolls

100 g crème fraîche
160 g ham in slices, finely chopped
2 shallots, finely chopped
1 bunch chives, finely chopped
¼ tsp salt
a little pepper
1 rolled tarte flambée dough (approx. 24 x 30 cm)

Rolls

Mix the crème fraîche with the ham, shallots, chives and cornflour, season. Roll out the dough and spread the filling on top, leaving a border of approx. 1 cm all the way around. Roll up the dough from the long edge and chill for approx. 20 mins. Using a sharp knife, gently cut the roll into slices approx. 2 cm thick, transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Approx. 30 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly on a cooling rack.

Good to know
Tip: Instead of shallots and chives, use 1 spring onions (incl. green part) cut into thin rings.
