125g cream cheese (e.g. organic cream cheese)
2tbsp horseradish mousse
4slices pumpernickel (e.g. Naturaplan pumpernickel), cut in half crosswise
1 avocado, sliced
1 lemon, use only the juice
100g Fine Food Wild Silver Salmon
1tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

How it's done

Combine the cream cheese and horseradish mousse, spread on the pumpernickel slices. Top with the avocado, drizzle with lemon juice. Serve the smoked salmon on top of the avocado, garnish with parsley.
