Dressing

1 tbsp hot mustard
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp mayonnaise
150 g plain yoghurt
1 tsp liquid honey
1 onion, finely chopped
¾ tsp salt
a little pepper

Salad

500 g white cabbage, shredded
150 g carrots, shredded

Dressing

Combine the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the onion, season.

Salad

Mix the cabbage and carrot with the dressing, cover and leave to infuse at room temperature for approx. 30 mins.

Tip: Garnish with finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
