125g plain organic cream cheese
80g grated Sbrinz
40g smoked almonds, roughly chopped
1tbsp chives, finely chopped
1 ½dl cream, whipped until stiff


120g Bündnerfleisch (Graubünden air-dried meat) in slices
1bunch chives

How it's done


Beat the cream cheese and Sbrinz with a whisk until smooth, add the almonds and chives, mix. Carefully fold the cream into the mixture, cover and chill for approx. 30 mins.


Spoon the filling into a piping bag with a smooth nozzle (approx. 1 cm in diameter). Pipe one strip onto each piece of beef, roll up. Tie one stem of chive around each roll.
