1handful cashew nuts
1handful dried aronia berries
5 pitted dates
½ organic lemon
1tsp bourbon vanilla powder
1pinch salt
2tbsp coconut flakes
Purchase ingredients now

How it's done

Soften the cashew nuts and aronia berries in cold water for approx. 2 hrs. Drain well, place in a food processor along with the dates, lemon juice, vanilla and salt, blend to a paste. Shape into approx. 10 balls and toss them in the coconut flakes.
