Dressing

2tbsp coarse-grain mustard
1tbsp herbal vinegar
2tbsp olive oil
2tbsp crème fraîche
100g pitted green olives, finely chopped

Bread

500g bread (e.g. brown bread), sliced, toasted

Topping

8 lettuce leaves
6 mini cucumbers, sliced lengthwise
1bunch radish, sliced
240g pastrami or roast beef, sliced
a little cress

How it's done

Dressing

Mix the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the crème fraîche, stir in the olives.

Bread

Spread the olive mixture on the bread.

Topping

Top the bread with the lettuce, cucumber, radish, meat and cress.
