Nachos

200 g tortilla chips
1 spring onion incl. green part, cut into rings
1 tsp sambal oelek
100 g Manchego, coarsely grated
½ bunch coriander, torn into pieces

Guacamole

1 avocado, cut into pieces
1 tbsp lime juice
½ tsp sambal oelek
1 pinch salt
a little pepper

Nachos

Place the tortilla chips on a tray lined with baking paper, top with the onions and sambal oelek. Sprinkle the Manchego over the top.

Bake for approx. 5 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220°C, remove from the oven. Sprinkle with coriander.

Guacamole

Mash the avocado with a fork, add the lime juice and sambal oelek, season. Serve with the nachos.

Good to know
Tip: Serve with tomato salsa instead of guacamole.
