2 pizza dough, rolled into a circle (each approx. 28 cm in diameter)
180g sour single cream
1tsp salt
a little pepper
240g raclette cheese, grated with a rösti grater
4 red onions, thinly sliced
2 pears, thinly sliced
1tbsp peppermint, finely chopped
20g rocket
Purchase ingredients now

How it's done

Place the dough and baking paper on two baking trays, spread the cream on top, season.

Top with the cheese, onions and pears.

Bake for approx. 20 mins. in a (convection) oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven.

Garnish with mint and rocket, serve immediately.
