How did you first get into cooking?
I have an intolerance to cocoa and therefore developed an interest in nutritious foods that are both good for the body and tasty too.
What’s the most unforgettable meal cooked by your granny?
Schnitzel with fries, spätzle and salad.
What are the most essential items in your fridge?
The three B’s: beer, butter and bacon.
Have you got a favourite cooking utensil?
My Santoku knife and my cast iron pan.
Do you prefer cooking alone or with someone?
I prefer cooking alone because it’s less stressful and I feel freer because I only need to worry about my own palate. That’s not to say that I don’t like cooking with others or for others.
Do you stock any tinned food in your pantry? And if so, which kind?
Argeta sandwich spread and a tin of ravioli for the zombie apocalypse.
Who would you like to share your kitchen with?
A puppy that will eat every last crumb.
I enjoy making different variations of burgers the most, or sandwiches.
