1parcel cream cheese with horseradish (approx. 250 g, e.g. CoopNaturaplan or Cantadou)
30 pumpernickel, round (approx. 250 g)
80g smoked sturgeon fillets from the Tropenhaus (or smoked trout fillets)
2tbsp dried fried onions
20g white sturgeon caviar from the Tropenhaus
1bunch dill

How it's done

Spread the cream cheese on the pumpernickel. Break apart the sturgeon fillets and arrange on top of the pumpernickel. Scatter the fried onions over the top, garnish with caviar and dill.
