Ingredients

Mixture

2 hard-boiled eggs
1piece avocado, diced
100g Appenzeller Mostbröckli (beef sausages) in slices, finely chopped
½ onion, finely chopped
½bunch chervil, roughly chopped
1tsp lemon juice
¼tsp salt
a little pepper

Shape

4 piadina flatbreads (approx. 320 g)
1tbsp olive oil
Purchase ingredients now

How it's done

Mixture

Mix the eggs and all the ingredients up to and including pepper.

Shape

Coat the Piadinas with the mixture and roll up tightly. Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the rolls on all sides for approx. 3 mins., remove and slice.

Tip: Prepare the rolls approx. 1/2 day in advance, cover and keep in the fridge.
