4slices day-old half-white bread (approx. 100 g), cut into cubes
1bunch parsley, finely chopped
2tbsp liquid honey
2tbsp olive oil
¼tsp salt
a little pepper
4 pork cutlets from the loin (approx. 100 g each)
¼tsp salt
a little pepper
1tsp peanut oil

How it's done

To make the honey crust, combine the bread with all the ingredients up to and including the olive oil, season.

Season the cutlets on one side, spread 1/4 of the crust mixture on the other side, press on. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Brown the cutlets, crust side down, for approx. 3 mins. over a medium heat, turn and finish cooking for approx. 7 mins.
