1pack Délicorn Gehacktes (230 g)
tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, pressed
1tin red kidney beans, rinsed, drained (approx. 215 g)
1tin corn kernels drained (approx. 140 g)
2 tomatoes, diced
1 red chilli, deseeded, cut into thin strips
1dl vegetable bouillon
2tsp chilli powder
¼tsp cumin, ground
¼tsp salt
tortilla chips

How it's done

Heat the oil in a frying pan, brown the mince for approx. 4 mins. Add the onions, garlic, beans, sweetcorn, tomatoes and chilli, fry for about a minute, reduce the heat. Pour in the stock, season, cover and simmer for approx. 3 mins.

Serve: Serve with tortilla chips or rice.
