1tbsp butter
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
500g smoked ribs, cut into approx. 2 cm cubes
300g carrots, cut into approx. 1 cm cubes
200g green lentils
5dl water
salt and pepper to taste
2tbsp chives, finely chopped

How it's done

Heat the butter, sauté the garlic, add the pork, cover and simmer for approx. 10 mins Add the carrots, lentils and water, simmer for about another 30 mins., season. Scatter over the chives.
