500g strawberries, grated with a rösti grater
2tbsp sugar
4balls lemon sorbet
2dl cream, beaten until stiff
4 strawberries, sliced
peppermint leaf
Purchase ingredients now

How it's done

Place the ice cream dishes in the freezer. Mix the strawberries and sugar. Shortly before serving, roughly mix the sorbet and strawberries.

Loosely fold in the whipped cream, serve immediately, decorate with the strawberry slices and mint.

Good to know
Tip: Only firm strawberries can be grated. Mash ripe ones with a fork.
