1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
½ garlic clove, finely chopped
½ red chilli pepper, deseeded, cut into thin strips
4 peppermint leaves, cut into thin strips
salt and pepper to taste
2 ProSpecieRara Tomaten Orange à gros fruits (approx. 600 g), cut into 2 cm cubes
2 tbsp crème fraîche
50 g tortilla chips

How it's done

Combine the lemon juice, garlic, chilli pepper and mint, season. Add the tomatoes and mix carefully. Cover and leave to steep for approx. 30 mins. Plate up the tomato salad with the crème fraîche and tortilla chips.

Good to know
Tip: Toast the baguette slices, top with the tomato salad.
