Spread a little mustard onto the bacon slices, place a sage leaf on each, then wrap the sausages with them. Place the sausages on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush the bacon with maple syrup.
To bake
Approx. 15 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220 °C. Remove, plate up.

| Tip: | Instead of small pork sausages, you can also use large ones (approx. 50 g each) and cut them in half. |
