How it's done
Mix the couscous with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt. Add the butter, mix to form a crumbly mixture.
Place the crumble and fruit in a heat-resistant pan.
With the lid down, grill over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 8 mins.
|Tip:||Top with the crème fraîche prior to serving.|
|Note:||A non-plastic, heat-resistant pan is ideal for grilling (e.g. an uncoated pan made of cast iron or stainless steel). The cast iron pan should be heated for approx. 10 mins. prior to cooking.|
