Rice

1 tbsp oil
2 onions, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, squeezed
250 g basmati rice (2 mins. cooking time)
300 g stir-fry vegetables
½ dl soy sauce

To serve

3 eggs, beaten

Rice

Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and garlic. Add the rice, stir fry for approx. 10 mins. Add the vegetables, stir fry for approx. 5 mins. Pour in the soy sauce, mix.

To serve

Mix the eggs into the rice, fry for approx. 1 min.

Good to know
Tip: Mix in the coriander leaves, sambal oelek and salted peanuts prior to serving.
