Filling

250 g half-fat quark
200 g plain cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
90 g Bündnerfleisch (Graubünden air-dried meat), cut into strips
3 tbsp almonds, roasted, roughly chopped
1 tbsp hemp pesto
salt and pepper to taste

Quiche

1 puff pastry dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 32 cm Ø)

Utensils

One cake tin (approx. 25 cm in diameter), lined with baking paper or greased.

Filling

Mix the quark with all the other ingredients up to and including the pesto, season.

Quiche

Place the pastry in the tin along with the baking paper, prick with a fork. Spread the filling on top.

To bake

Approx. 35 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, remove from the tin, cut into slices, serve lukewarm.
