2 tbsp coarse-grain mustard
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp liquid honey
2 garlic cloves, squeezed
2 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped

Combine the mustard, lemon juice, oil and honey. Mix in the garlic and rosemary.

That fits: Pork, chicken, grilled vegetables.
Note: Brush the kebabs with ⅔ of the marinade, cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hrs. (ideally overnight). Wipe off the marinade, salt the kebabs, cook on the grill, brush with the remainder of the marinade.
