Ravioli

250g lentil curry ravioli lentil curry ravioli
1tbsp olive oil

Dip

1 mango, cut into pieces (approx. 250 g)
1 red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
1tbsp apple vinegar
½tsp mild curry powder
½tsp salt
Purchase ingredients now

How it's done

Ravioli

Mix the ravioli with the oil, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.

Dip

Puree the mango, mix in the chilli and vinegar, season. Serve the dip with the baked ravioli.
