Pears

3 pear, peeled, sliced
1 lime, use only the juice
2 tbsp birnel (pear syrup) or runny honey
¼ tsp cinnamon

Crumble

50 g walnut kernel, coarsely chopped
50 g butter, soft
50 g sugar
60 g white flour

Return to the oven

4 tbsp crème fraîche
¼ tsp cinnamon

Utensils

4 ramekins, approx. 200 ml each, greased

Pears

Mix the pears with the lime juice, pear syrup and cinnamon, transfer to the prepared ramekins.

To bake

Approx. 15 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove.

Crumble

Mix the nuts, butter, sugar and flour with a fork to form a crumbly mixture. Spread the crumble on top of the pears.

Return to the oven

Bake for approx. 25 mins., remove and allow to cool slightly. Mix the crème fraîche and cinnamon, serve with the crumble.
