Vegetables

250g carrots, halved lengthwise, cut diagonally into approx. 2 cm pieces
250g raw beetroots, cut into approx. 2 cm pieces
250g Blaue St. Galler potatoes (blue potatoes), cut into approx. 2 cm pieces
300g broccoli, cut into florets
2 apples, sliced
2tbsp olive oil
½tbsp Italian herb mix
1tsp salt
a little pepper

To roast

6 chipolatas
2 raw pork bratwurst, cut diagonally into thirds
6slices bacon, halved lengthwise

How it's done

Vegetables

Spread the vegetables and apples onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, mix with the oil, season.

To roast

Approx. 40 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C. Wrap all of the sausages in bacon. Remove the tray from the oven, place the sausages on top of the vegetables, cook in the upper half of the oven for approx. 20 mins.
