Brussels sprouts

400 g Brussels sprouts, blanched, halved
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp salt


100 g crème fraîche
2 tbsp mayonnaise
½ apple, finely grated
¼ tsp salt
a little pepper

Brussels sprouts

Mix the Brussels sprouts with the sugar, lemon juice and salt, spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To roast

Approx. 20 mins. in an oven preheated to 220 °C (convection).


Mix the crème fraîche, mayonnaise and apple, season.

Good to know
Tip: Cook the diced bacon with the Brussels sprouts, mix into the dip.
Tip: Use frozen Brussels sprouts instead of fresh ones.
