3tbsp white wine vinegar
3tbsp olive oil
¼tsp salt
a little pepper


600g carrots, thinly sliced
100g walnut kernels, coarsely chopped
50g dried figs, diced
200g plain cottage cheese
Purchase ingredients now

How it's done


Combine the vinegar and oil in a bowl, season.


Add the carrots, nuts and figs to the dressing, mix. Serve with cottage cheese.
