200g plain cottage cheese
2 eggs
4sprigs thyme, leaves torn off
½tsp salt
a little pepper


1 pastry dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 32 cm in diameter)
500g tomatoes (e.g. cherry tomatoes, Peretti), halved or sliced
1tbsp olive oil
2sprigs thyme, torn
½tsp sea salt
a little pepper
Purchase ingredients now

How it's done


Mix the cottage cheese with the eggs and thyme, season.


Roll out the dough and place in a tin (approx. 30 cm in diameter) lined with baking paper. Prick the base firmly with a fork. Pour the mixture over the pastry base. Arrange the tomatoes on top, drizzle with oil, garnish with thyme, season.

To bake

Approx. 45 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 220°C.
