Batter

300g white flour
80g sugar
1parcel vanilla sugar
2tsp baking powder
¼tsp salt
200g crème fraîche
2 eggs
1dl milk
1dl sunflower oil
300g cherries, pitted, halved

12-hole muffin tin (each hole approx. 7 cm in diameter), lined with muffin cases

How it's done

Batter

In a bowl, mix the flour with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt. Mix together the crème fraîche, eggs, milk and oil, pour into the flour, mix in. Add the cherries, mix. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin.

To bake

Approx. 35 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove and allow to cool slightly. Remove the muffins from the tin.
