oil for frying
500g tender chicken breast fillets
½tsp hot curry powder
½tsp salt


150g plain greek yoghurt
2tbsp mayonnaise
1tsp hot curry powder
¼tsp salt


6 whole-grain tortillas
3 apricots, thinly sliced
2 baby lettuce, leaves torn off

How it's done


Heat the oil in a frying pan. Season the chicken, fry in batches on all sides for approx. 8 mins., remove.


Combine the yoghurt and mayonnaise, season.


Spread the dressing over the tortillas, add the chicken, apricots and lettuce, fold in the lower part, roll up.

Good to know
Note: For a walk, pack the chicken, dressing, tortillas, apricots and lettuce separately. Fill the tortillas and roll up before eating.
