To fry

1tbsp oil
2 courgettes, cut into approx. 5 mm slices
480g cooked corn cobs, corn removed
¼tsp salt
1tbsp olive oil
200g rump steaks, sliced
¼tsp salt


3tbsp olive oil
2tbsp lemon juice
¼tsp salt
a little pepper

How it's done

To fry

Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the courgette and corn cobs in batches for approx. 3 mins., remove, season with salt and set aside. Add the oil. Salt the meat, stir fry in the same pan for approx. 2 mins.


Whisk together the oil and lemon juice, season. Mix with the vegetables and meat.

Good to know
Tip: Garnish the salad with the micro greens and mint leaves.
