Crudaiola

3 vine-ripened tomatoes, diced
1 garlic clove, pressed
2tbsp olive oil
¼tsp salt
a little pepper

Pasta

200g pasta (e.g. linguine)
salted water, boiling
½bunch basil, roughly chopped
Purchase ingredients now

How it's done

Crudaiola

Mix the tomatoes, garlic and oil, season.

Pasta

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain, mix with the tomatoes and basil, serve.

Good to know
Tip: Shave the parmesan into thin strips using a peeler, serve with the pasta.
