Charcoal/gas/electric grill:

2 courgettes, cut into slices
1 broccoli, cut into florets
1 avocado, quartered
2tbsp olive oil
¾tsp salt
a little pepper

Salad

3tbsp herbal vinegar
2tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
6 dates, pitted, cut into thin strips

How it's done

Charcoal/gas/electric grill:

Mix the vegetables with the oil, season.

Grill the vegetables over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 5 mins. on each side.

Salad

Combine the vinegar and oil in a bowl, season. Add the vegetables and dates mix.
