Salad dressing

1tbsp coarse-grain mustard
4tbsp white balsamic vinegar
3tbsp olive oil
½tsp salt

Salad

500g kohlrabi, shredded
1bunch radish, thinly sliced
250g strawberries, quartered
1bunch dill, roughly chopped
1bunch flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
250g smoked trout filets, cut into pieces

How it's done

Salad dressing

Mix together the mustard, balsamic and oil, season with salt.

Salad

Add the kohlrabi, radish, strawberries and herbs to the salad dressing, mix. Arrange the trout on top of the salad.
