How it's done
Combine the mustard, lemon juice and oil, season.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Mix the fennel, shallots, sage and oil in an aluminium grill tray. Cover and grill the vegetables over/on a medium heat (approx. 180°C) for approx. 20 mins., turning the vegetables occasionally. Cook the sausage on the grill next to the grill tray for the final 5 mins. Season the fennel.
Cut the sausage diagonally into slices. Plate up with the fennel and radish, drizzle the salad dressing over the top.
