500g potatoes waxy, cut into approx. 5 mm slices
1tbsp olive oil
½tsp salt
a little pepper

Cottage cheese salad

200g plain cottage cheese
½bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
½bunch dill, finely chopped
1tbsp white wine vinegar
¼tsp salt
a little pepper
Purchase ingredients now

How it's done


Mix the potato slices with the oil, salt and pepper, spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Approx. 20 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 200°C.

Cottage cheese salad

Mix the cottage cheese with the herbs, mix in the vinegar, season. Serve the salad on top of the potato slices.
