Smoothie

2 apples, cut into pieces
1 boiled beet, cut into pieces
1 ½dl carrot juice
3dl water
1tsp ginger, finely grated

How it's done

Smoothie

Place the apples and all the other ingredients in a blending cup, puree until smooth, chill for at least 30 mins.

Tip: Garnish with mint and sliced apple.
