8 dl oat drink
150 g rolled oats
½ tsp salt
a little pepper


4 fresh eggs
water, boiling
¾ dl olive oil
3 tbsp water
1 bunch basil, roughly chopped
salt to taste
100 g feta, crumbled

How it's done

Bring the oat milk and oat flakes to the boil in pan, simmer over a low heat for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally, season.


Soft-boil the eggs in water for approx. 5 mins., peel and cut in half. Puree the basil with the oil and water, season with salt. Serve the porridge in bowls, garnish with the eggs, herb oil and feta.

Good to know
Tip: Other suitable toppings include fried mushrooms, roasted vegetables, mixed nuts, fried tofu, other types of cheese, kimchi or spices such as dukkah.
