How it's done
Roll out the dough and place on two baking trays with the baking paper. Season the crème fraîche and spread on top of the dough. Top with the mushrooms, Gorgonzola and cured ham.
Approx. 15 mins. in an oven preheated to 220 °C (convection). Top with the chestnuts, garnish with the chives.
