2tbsp white wine vinegar
2tbsp olive oil
¼tsp salt
a little pepper


2 chioggia beets (approx. 100 g each), very thinly sliced
30g Micro Greens
1tbsp capers
75g soft goats' cheese
Purchase ingredients now

How it's done


Combine the vinegar and oil in a large bowl, season.


Add the beetroot, micro greens and capers to the dressing, mix. Using two teaspoons, spoon the cream cheese on top of the salad.
