1tbsp clarified butter
300g mixed mushrooms (e.g. porcini, king oyster, oyster), quartered
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 red chilli pepper, deseeded, finely chopped
¼tsp salt
2tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

Zopf bread

2tbsp clarified butter
1 garlic clove, pressed
4slices zopf bread

How it's done


Heat the clarified butter in a non-stick frying pan. Add the mushrooms, garlic and chilli pepper, fry for approx. 5 mins. Remove, mix the parsley in with the mushrooms.

Zopf bread

Heat the butter and garlic in the same pan, fry the slices of bread for approx. 1 min. on each side. Top with the mushrooms.
