Mostbröckli tartare

200g tomatoes, deseeded, diced
120g Mostbröckli (beef sausage), finely chopped
2tbsp crème fraîche
salt and pepper to taste

Honey and cucumber salad

2tsp honey mustard
3tbsp rapeseed oil
2tbsp apple vinegar
1 cucumber, shaved into long strips using a peeler (to the core)
salt and pepper to taste
1tbsp liquid honey

How it's done

Mostbröckli tartare

Mix the tomatoes, Mostbröckli and crème fraîche, season.

Honey and cucumber salad

Combine the mustard, oil and vinegar in a bowl. Add the cucumber, mix and season. Serve the salad with the tartare, drizzle with honey prior to serving.

Serve with: Toast.
