Gratin

450g chicken strips
1tsp salt
375g long grain rice with quinoa, rinsed in cold water
300g carrots, diced

Sauce

3 ½dl full cream
250g half-fat quark
3dl vegetable bouillon
¼tsp mild curry powder
a little nutmeg
400g leaf spinach

Utensils

One ovenproof dish (approx. 3 l), greased

How it's done

Gratin

Salt the chicken. Mix the rice, chicken and carrots in the prepared dish.

Sauce

Bring the cream, quark and stock to the boil in a pan, season, add the spinach, allow to wilt. Add the sauce to the dish, mix.

To bake

Approx. 30 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C.
