To marinate

200 g Royal cod fillets (MSC), thinly sliced
2 passion fruit, pulp scooped out
1 lime, use only half of the juice

To serve

1 bunch radish, thinly sliced
½ tsp salt
a little pepper

How it's done

To marinate

Mix the fish with the passion fruit and lime juice, cover and chill for approx. 20 mins.

To serve

Plate up the fish, top with the radish, drizzle 2 tbsp of the marinade over the top, season.

Good to know
Note: When marinating the fish, use a glass or ceramic dish. The metal may react with the acids in the marinade.
