150g elbow macaroni
salted water, boiling


2tsp mustard
4tbsp apple vinegar
5tbsp crème fraîche
salt and pepper to taste
250g different coloured cherry tomatoes, halved
2 Landjäger, diced
100g Gruyère, diced
3 gherkins, diced
1 spring onion incl. green part, cut into thin rings
3tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

How it's done


Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain.


Mix the mustard with the vinegar and crème fraîche, season. Add the macaroni, cherry tomatoes and the remaining ingredients, mix.

Good to know
Tip: Use cervelat sausage instead of Landjäger.
