5tbsp white balsamic vinegar
3tbsp olive oil
3tbsp pesto verde (green pesto)
½tsp salt
a little pepper

Durum wheat

7dl salted water, boiling
300g pre-cooked durum wheat (Ebly®)


120g rocket
250g strawberries, sliced
125g Mozzarellas di bufala campana (buffalo mozzarella), torn into pieces

How it's done


Mix the balsamic, oil and pesto in a bowl, season.

Durum wheat

Place the durum wheat in the salted water, cover and simmer over a low heat for approx. 10 mins. until soft, drain. Add the durum wheat to the dressing while still slightly warm, mix.


Add the rocket and strawberries, mix. Serve the salad topped with the mozzarella.
