Salad

250g strawberries, sliced
60g baby spinach
200g celery, thinly sliced on the diagonal
1pack herbs chicken stripes (approx. 130 g)

Vinaigrette

2tbsp herbal vinegar
3tbsp olive oil
1pinch sugar
½tsp salt
a little pepper

How it's done

Salad

Mix the strawberries, spinach, celery and herbed chicken strips in a bowl.

Vinaigrette

Combine the vinegar and oil, season. Add to the salad, mix and serve immediately.
